In presenting a candidate for your review, we include the candidate's resume and additional professional information we have gathered through an extensive interviewing process.
Once both parties have established interest, we assist in arranging for the interview to take place (scheduling interviews, directions, explaining job responsibilities)
When the client identifies the candidate they wish to extend and offer of employment to, we consult with the client in developing the offer and follow through with any negotiations to ensure a quick and timely acceptance.
